HDR – high dynamic range

Posted on

Whenever I have the chance for a controlled moment I prefer to make the HDR images using bracketing. The Fujifilm X-T1 can automatically do this with  -1 / 0 / +1 exposure steps. For the post processing of the three exposure I use Photomatix. Sometimes I prefer the natural look just to highlight the dynamic range texture and tones. And yes sometimes I like the unrealistic appearance obtain with photomatix.
